7.16 Does the LBS use the data traffic?
Generally speaking, after you enable the LBS, your phone will load map data using the data
traffic when running the location based app. It is recommended that you download an offline
map and regularly update it using a W-Fi network before using the map software. Therefore,
the LBS may minimize the data traffic usage.
7.17 What can I do when the LBS is unavailable?
1. Make sure that the mobile network is enabled and check whether the Wi-Fi network is
available.
2. Go to Settings > Location access and check whether the Wi-Fi is enabled. Enable the
Wi-Fi network connection function.
3. If the problem persists, restart your phone and try again.
7.18 What can I do when the LBS fails?
1. Go to Settings > Location access, check and enable LBS-related options.
2. Make sure that the mobile or Wi-Fi network connection is normal, because data from the
server can't be acquired when the network is unavailable.
