4. Disable the mobile data function and then enable it again.
II. Identify other causes.
1. Make sure Mobile data is enabled. Click down from the status bar to enable mobile
data.
2. If the 4G service is not enabled for your phone, disable the 4G function to avoid signal
interference.
3. Go to Settings > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > Edit APN protocol.
Change IPv4/IPv6 to IPv4, and then restart your phone.
4. In certain areas (in Shenzhen), if the data quota of the 4G data package is used up, your
phone fails to register with the 4G network. You can temporarily disable the 4G
function.
5. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > More > Mobile networks > Access Point
Names. Reset the access point.
