5.1.7 Blade motor
The blade motor is a very efcient brushless motor.
The nominal speed is 2 300 rpm to achieve the optimal
mowing result.
The motor cannot be repaired and has to be replaced
if it is faulty.
5.1.8 Wheel motors
The two wheel motors are of the brushless DC motor
type. This guarantees a long service life and minimal
maintenance. The motors are supplied as a unit
together with gearbox, wheel motor end cover, gasket,
hub and cable.
Right and left wheel motors are identical (and
consequently have the same article number as
spare parts).
The motors cannot be repaired but are replaced
as a unit.
5.1.9 Charging station
Automower
®
310/315 and GARDENA R100Li,
R100LiC,R130Li, R130LiC, R160Li are charged with
direct current (in contrast to alternating current for the
Automower
®
G2 models). This means that it is very
important to always connect the plus and minus cables
correctly to the charging strips on the mower and the
contact strips in the charging station. (1)
The F signal (2) and N signal (3) are generated by two
antenna cables that are tted inside the antenna plate.
The cabling in the charging station is connected
to a contact strip that is connected to the charging
station’s circuit board. The cabling in the charging
station is supplied as a unit.
