7.3 Service schedule
The table below contains a checklist of points and actions to be taken when servicing the mower. Some of the
points must be carried out every three years while others must be done every year. Updated and complete service
plans can be found in Autocheck under Documentation, refer to ”4.3.8 Documentation”.

clean carefully with a soft brush.

4 X Replace the ventilation lter.
5 X Check and regrease the front
wheel lower bearings.

6 X Open the chassis and replace all
chassis sealing strips.

7 X Check the front collision pillar
rubber bellow.
8 X Replace the front collision pillar
rubber bellow.

9 X Remove the rear collision pillars
and clean the recess.
Refer to 5.17 Replacing rear collision
column.
10 X Check the tightening torque of
screws on the chassis.
Refer to 5.2.5 Assembling the Chassis,

and 5.19 Replacing the Front Collision
Column for screw locations as well as
5.24 Bolt Fasteners for correct tightening
torque.
11 X Check chassis cable grommets. Check all rubber seals leading into the
chassis.
12 X Check the blades and blade
screws.
13 X Check the skid plate and skid
plate bearing. (Only for Husqvarna
Automower® 310/315)
Make sure the skid plate can rotate freely
and that the ball bearing does not make a
noise.
14 X Clean the charging station.
15 X Check and polish the charging
plates on the mower and in the
charging station.
Polish contact surfaces on both mower and
charging station charging plates with a ne
grade emery cloth.
16 X Make a complete Auto Test in
Autocheck EXP of all components.
Refer to 4.3.1 Autotest.
17 X Check that docking and charging
work correctly.
Refer to 3.4.1 Test Find Charging Station
18 X Check the battery’s condition
by performing a battery test in
Autocheck EXP.
Refer to 6.6 Battery Test
