What to do if components are missing or damaged
 Claims for damage during shipment
 Send a claim to the carrier if your system was damaged during shipment.
 Get the system’s model number and serial number from the data plate on the bottom of
the plasma power supply. Refer to page 21 for a sample data plate.
 Get a copy of the bill of lading from Hypertherm. For additional assistance, contact the
nearest Hypertherm office listed in the front of this manual.
