What to do if components are missing or damaged
Claims for damage during shipment
Send a claim to the carrier if your system was damaged during shipment.
Get the system’s model number and serial number from the data plate on the bottom of
the plasma power supply. Refer to page 21 for a sample data plate.
Get a copy of the bill of lading from Hypertherm. For additional assistance, contact the
nearest Hypertherm office listed in the front of this manual.
