ON. Measure 2-12 ohms
between voltage terminals on power cord.
Resistance
=2-12 ohms?
YES:
Go

NO:
Check for open fuse (see Section 5,
"Locations").
Fuse open?
YES:
Replace fuse (see Section 3,
"Removal/Replacement").
Power off. Plug in Printer
power cord. Power on for
1 minute.
Does fuse open?
YES: Go
to
step
2.
NO:
Problem resolved.
NO:
Check for approximately 22 ohms on
primary side
of
power transformer
(see Section 5, "Locations").
Resistance
= 22 ohms?
DANGER: STATIC VOLTAGE MAY BE
PRESENT ON THE FUSE-
FILTER
CARD. USE EXTREME
CAUTION IN THIS AREA.
YES:
Replace Fuse-Filter card (see
Section 3, "Removal/
Replacement").
NO: Replace power transformer
