subsystem.
– Make sure that the latest version of firmware is installed on the controller.
– Make sure the target storage subsystem supports RAID 6 if you are exporting a RAID 6
array.
– Make sure that the latest version of the storage manager software is installed for the
target storage subsystem.
Export Array procedure
In this section we describe the procedure to export an array.
1. Open the Storage Manager logical tab and select the array to be exported. Go to the
Advanced ï‚® Maintenance ï‚® Export Array menu command, as shown in
Figure 14-101.

2. The Introduction (Export Array) window opens as shown in Figure 14-102 on page 404.
