4. Click on Monitors ï‚® Support Monitor in the navigation bar to display the Support
Monitor view as shown in Figure 14-22.

5. Click on Administration ï‚® Server Setup in the navigation bar to display the Server
Setup view as shown in Figure 14-23.

Here you configure the E-mail settings that the Support Monitor will use:
a. In the E-mail Server text box, type the IP address or host name of the e-mail server.
b. In the E-mail From text box, type the e-mail address from which support personnel will
receive support data.
c. Click the Save button.
14.4.4 Support Monitor functions
In the Support Monitor view, each DS storage subsystem that appears in the list has four
icons on the right hand side as shown in Figure 14-24. In this section we describe the
functions associated with these icons.

1. Click on the mail icon to open the Profiler - Send Support Data window as shown in
Figure 14-25 on page 353. In this window you can specify which support bundles to send
to the IBM support personnel for review.
