Figure 14-25 Profiler - Send Support Data
Do the following to select and send collected support logs to your support personnel for
review:
a. Highlight one or more of the Support Bundle Files listed in the Available box and
click on the arrow to move them to the Selected box.
b. The SOC Change Log Files and RLS Change Log Files are not collected by the
DS3500 storage subsystem.
c. Enter the e-mail address of the support personnel that you are sending the logs to in
the Send To box. You can optionally include additional e-mail recipients in the CC box.
Each e-mail address must be separated by a semi-colon.
d. The Subject box is automatically populated.
e. In the Details box, you can also optionally include additional information regarding the
support bundles that you are submitting for review, for example a description of the
problem that you want investigated.
f. Click the Send button once you have completed all the required fields.
2. Click on the calendar icon to schedule the times that the support data collection will occur,
as shown in Figure 14-26 on page 354. Here you can change the collection schedule.
