3. Click on the Life Preserver icon to save a data collection immediately. You may see a
message alerting you that an older support bundle will be over-written, as shown in
Figure 14-27. Click the Yes button to continue.

4. Click on the fourth and final icon on the extreme right hand side to open the Profiler -
Compute Change Log Files window as shown in Figure 14-28 on page 355.
Note: SOC and RLS data are only collected by DS storage subsystem with
Fibre-Channel drive channel connections (such as the DS5020) and are not collected
for DS storage subsystems that have SAS drive channel connections (such as the
DS3500). As such, the functions provided by this window are not relevant to the
DS3500 storage subsystem.
