4. The System Configuration window shows incomplete tasks that need to be accomplished
before the RSM system can be used (Figure 16-10).

5. Click Contact Information to access the contact list in order to add a new contact
(Figure 16-11).

6. Click Select to add, fill out the form, and click Update configuration. This information is
very important; when a DS Storage Subsystem reports a problem, IBM Service will
contact the person specified here. See Figure 16-12 on page 507.
