Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software allows you to control the payload value of the Page command. Some PMBus devices
contain more than one page per bank of registers, the Page command allows you to select the target Page per bank registers.
The Page payload available range is between 0x00 and 0xFF.
Note: Prior the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software release, the Page command selected all banks by default.
