working or is working
incorrectly
No or insufficient power supply 4 Check whether the output voltage of the
power supply is within the specified voltage
range.
4 Check the connections and correct if
necessary.
The MultiControl is defective
or damaged
Internal fuse triggered or faulty. 4 Replace the MultiControl.
RollerDrive does not rotate RollerDrive not or not correctly inserted or
RollerDrive defective
4 Check whether the power supply is within the
specified voltage range.
4 Check the connections and correct if
necessary.
4 Replace the RollerDrive if necessary.
Brake chopper overheats: The application
feeds back too much energy or the voltage
supply is too high
4 Allow to cool down.
4 Lower ambient temperature if necessary.
4 Check voltage supply and set to 24 V if
necessary.
