4.3. DISASSEMBLY
(1) Remove the port block.
a. Remove the eight socket head bolts (M10) (55).
b. Remove the port block (2).
Note: Take care not to allow the valve plates to
fall.
c. Remove the valve plates (6 and 7).
Note: Insert the blade end of a conventional
screw driver into the groove and lift up the valve
plate as shown in the figure below to remove
the valve plates easily.

b. Remove the cover (19) from the case (1)
c. Remove the two pins (50), valve (28), gasket
(49), and spring (22).

(2) Remove the cylinder block assembly (pump
side).

side).
