5. Raise the vehicle by turning the jack screw clockwise.

e the vehicle only until the tire just clears the ground
surface and enough clearance is obtained to install the
spare tire. Minimum tire lift provides maximum stability.
CAUTION!
Before raising the wheel off the ground, make sure that
the j
ack will not damage surrounding truck parts and
adjust the jack position as required.
