Tips
for
battery
pack
operation
®
With
a
NiCd
battery
pack
such
as
the
NB-G1
and
Fiat
shape
type,
the
available
operating
time
may
be
reduced
by
the
use
of
the
memory
function.
For
details
of
each
battery
pack,
please
read
the
instruction
manual
of
your
battery.

The
viewfinder’s
green
LED
indicator
alarm
signals
a
drop
in
the
VCR
battery
voltage
while
the
red
LED
indicator
and
a
character
message
alarm
signals
a
drop
in
the
camera
battery
voltage.
Replace
the
corresponding
battery
pack
whenever
any
of
these
alarms
is
given.

Before
recording,
recharge
the
battery
pack.
Several
battery
packs
should
be
kept
charged
according
to
the
length
of
time
shooting
in
the
field.
For
NB-G1
batteries
the
AA-G10U
sequential
charger
can
han-
dle
the
successive
charging
of
4
batteries.
The
AA-P250
is
ca-
pable
of
recharging
a
single
battery
pack.

Press
the
DISPLAY/ZONE
switch
upward,
the
Battery
level
can
be
monitored
using
the
STATUS
1
DISPLAY.
Electrode
Note
that
the
camera
does
not
work
at
voltages
under
10.5V.
