Off conditions
䳜 When the turn signal turns off,
the image on the instrument
cluster will turn off.
䳜 When the hazard warning flasher
is on, Blind-Spot View Monitor will
turn off, regardless of the turn
signal status.

displayed on the instrument clus

Blind-Spot View Monitor malfunc

When Blind-Spot View Monitor is
not working properly, or the cluster
display flickers, or the camera
image does not display normally,
have Blind-Spot View Monitor be
inspected by a professional work

authorised Kia dealer/service part

If the camera lens is covered with
foreign material, Blind-Spot View
Monitor may not operate normally.
Always keep the camera lens clean.
However, do not use chemical sol

vents such as strong detergents
containing high alkaline or volatile
organic solvents (petrol, acetone
etc.). This may damage the camera
lens.

without depressing the accelerator
