Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
Warning -ight (if equipped)
This indicator light illuminates:
䳜 Once you set the ignition switch
or ENGINE STA3T/STOP button to
the ON position.
- It illuminates for approximately
3 seconds and then goes off.
䳜 8hen there is a malfunction with
FCA.
If this occurs, have the vehicle
inspected by a professional work
shop. Kia recommends to visit an
authorised Kia dealer/service part

Master Warning -ight (if
equipped)
This indicator light illuminates:
䳜 This warning light informs the
driver the following situations
- Forward Collision-Avoidance
Assist malfunction (if equipped)
- Forward Collision-Avoidance
Assist radar blocked (if
equipped)
- Blind-Spot Collision 8arning
malfunction (if equipped)
- Blind-Spot Collision 8arning
radar blocked (if equipped)
- Intelligent Speed Limit 8arning
malfunction (if equipped)
- High Beam Assist malfunction
(if equipped)
- Smart Cruise Control malfunc

tion (if equipped)
- Smart Cruise Control radar
blocked (if equipped)
-LED headlamp malfunction (if
equipped)
- TPMS failure, low pressure, etc.
If the warning situation is solved,
the master warning light will turn
off.
Exhaust System (PPF) Warning
-ight (Petrol Engine) (if
equipped)
This warning light illuminates:
䳜 8hen there is a malfunction with
Petrol Particulate Filter (PPF)
system.
䳜 8hen this warning light illumi

nates, it may turn off after driv
-
ing the vehicle:
- The vehicle should be driven for
more than 30 minutes at a
speed of 80 km/h (0 mph) and
faster.
- Ensure the following conditions
are all met: safe road condi
-
tions, transmission 3rd gear or
above, and engine speed of
1,00 - 4,000 rpm.
If this warning light blinks in spite of
the procedure (at this time the LCD
warning message will be displayed),
have the PPF system checked by a
professional workshop. Kia recom

mends to visit an authorised Kia
dealer/service partner.
