tion. Therefore, ISL8 may not
properly operate, when it is hard
to detect the traffic signs. For
further details, please refer to
"Limitations of the function" on
page -11.
䳜 Pay extreme caution to keep the
front view camera sensor out of
water.
䳜 Do not arbitrarily disassemble the
front view camera assembly, nor
apply any impact on the front
view camera assembly.
䳜 Do not locate any reflective
objects (i.e. white paper, mirror)
over the dashboard. Any light
reflection may cause a malfunc

tion of ISL8.
䳜 The function is not available in all
countries.

䳜 The driver can activate the Speed
Limit 8arning by selecting 䳒User
settings → Driver assistance →
Driving assist → SL8 (Speed Limit
8arning).
䳜 8hen ISL8 is activated, the sym

bols appear on the instrument
cluster to display the speed limit
information and overtaking
restriction.
䳜 8hen ISL8 is activated in the
navigation setting, the above
information and the restriction
are also displayed on the naviga
-
tion.
Function activation
䳜 ISL8 displays the speed limit
information and warns the over
-
taking restriction, when your
vehicle passes by the relevant
traffic signs.
䳜 ISL8 displays the previous speed
limit information, right after the
ignition switch or ENGINE STA3T/
STOP button is placed to the ON
position.
䳜 You may find different speed limit
information for the same road.
The information is displayed
depending on the driving situa
