Driving your vehicle Smart Cruise Control (SCC)
Always set the vehicle speed
under the speed limit in your
country.
Keep Cruise Control off when the
function is not in use, to avoid
inadvertently setting a speed.
Check that the Cruise ( C3UISE)
indicator is off.
Cruise Control does not substitute
for proper and safe driving. It is
the responsibility of the driver to
always drive safely and should
always be aware of unexpected
and sudden situations from
occurring.
Always drive cautiously to prevent

Do not use Cruise Control when it
may be unsafe to keep the vehicle
at a constant speed:
- 8hen driving in heavy traffic, or
when traffic conditions make it
difficult to drive at a constant
speed
- 8hen driving on rainy, icy, or
snow-covered roads
- 8hen driving on hilly or windy
roads
- 8hen driving in windy areas
- 8hen driving with limited view
(possibly due to bad weather,
such as fog, snow, rain and
sandstorm)
Do not use Cruise Control when
towing a trailer.
Smart Cruise Control (SCC) (if

Smart Cruise Control allows you to
program the vehicle to maintain
constant speed and distance
detecting the vehicle ahead without
depressing the accelerator or brake
pedal.
