Function warning and control
3ear Cross-Traffic Safety system
will warn and control the vehicle
depending on collision level: 'Collision
warning', 'Emergency braking' and
'Stopping vehicle and ending brake
control'.

䳜 To warn the driver of an
approaching vehicle from the rear
left/right side of your vehicle, the
warning light on the outside rear

view mirror will blink and a warn

ing will appear on the cluster. At
the same time, an audible warn

ing will sound. If 3ear View Moni

tor is operating, a warning will
also appear on the infotainment
system screen. (if equipped)
䳜 The function will operate when
the following conditions are satis

fied:
- Your vehicle gear is shifted to 3
(3everse)
- Your vehicle speed is below 8
km/h ( mph)
- The approaching vehicle is
within approximately 2 m
from the left and right side of
your vehicle
- The speed of the vehicle
approaching from the left and
right is above km/h (3 mph)
