2.2.5 Performance Criteria and Corrective Action
Performance Criteria: All evaluation items are met. All cassettes are returned.
Corrective Action: Restart the Xpress Digital Mammography System and repeat checks. If problems persist reference
the appropriate user manuals to determine the solution to the particular error condition. Contact your service repre-
sentative if problems are unresolved.

Record the activity and the results in the Table RT-S1 (TECHNOLOGIST'S MAMMOGRAPHY QC TEST SUMMARY:
Daily and Weekly Tests).
