Track Tension PressureTrack Tension Pressure
The hydraulic cylinders are automatic and provide even
tension on the tracks to prevent excessive wear to the
paver’s undercarriage. If the tracks do start “slipping,” it
is typically due to damage or extensive wear rather than
track tension pressure, but check the pressure rst to
rule out a hydraulic issue.
The track tension main manifold is mounted on the
hydraulic tank on the left side of the paver. (Figure
5-46)
To check the pressure, perform the following procedure:
Connect a 2000 PSI gauge in-line with either Port A or
Port B on the track tension main manifold.
If the pressure is between 350 - 400 psi, the
track tension pressure is ne.
If the pressure reading is not between this
range, the charge pressure needs to be
adjusted at the propel pump. Contact your
authorized LeeBoy dealer for assistance.

Plus One TroubleshootingPlus One Troubleshooting
The Plus One paver control system monitors numerous
components. Plus One controllers receive inputs from
