1 End Gate Depth Screw Controls the depth of the asphalt (one on each side) at the end gate.
2 Flight Screw Controls the depth of the asphalt (one on each side) at the screed.
3 Work Light Used for illuminate the path of the paver.
4 Control Panel
Contains joysticks for speed and direction of travel, paver controls and the
DM430 digital display unit.
5 Beacon Light Used to alert surrounding vehicles and pedestrians.
6 Spray Down Hose Used to spray the paver clean.
7 Hopper
Receives and holds paving material load as conveyors move material to back
of the paver and screed.
8 Crown and Valley Adjusts for positive crown or negative valley in wear plate.
9 End Gate Creates a clean edge in the paved base. Has vertical and angle adjustments.
10 Sonic Sensor Bracket
Holds the optional Sonic Conveyor/Auger Sensor in position. Connected to
the Sonic Auger Adjustment.
11 Push Rollers
These rollers pushes the material delivery truck along as it delivers asphalt
into the paver hopper.
