Console Setup: You can disable the left, right or both
main control panels in this window in the event of fault
conditions. For example, if joysticks are malfunctioning
on one console, disable that console and use the other
side.
Generator: Set the generator to operate in manual or
AUTO mode in this window.
• In auto, the generator will turn on and off
automatically to maintain the temperature set point.
• In manual mode, the generator will turn on and off
after an elapsed timer.
NOTE: If the temperature sensor is faulted, manual
mode will be forced.
Screed Set Point: Use this window to adjust the screed
set point temperature.
• Use the plus and minus buttons for setting the
screed set point temperature.
• If in manual mode, N/A will be shown in the window.
This is the default setting.
Screed Actual: This is the actual measured screed
temperature.
NOTE: If a fault exists in the sensor, FAULT will be
shown rather than the temperature.
Pressure Gauge ScreenPressure Gauge Screen
Use the Home button to cycle between the Pave screen
and the Pressure Gauge screen. The pressure gauge
screen displays hydraulic pressure information for
three paver functions: Work pump, propel left, and
propel right. (Figure 4-34) When operating the auger,
conveyor or cylinders individually, you can read their
pressure on the Work Pump pressure.
NOTE: If a fault exists, the LO CHG icon will
illuminate, and the pressure digital read-out
background for that component will turn red.
• Press Button #1 to idle the engine.
• Press Button #4 to use preset RPMs, or adjust
engine RPMs:
• Press Button #2 to decrease RPMs.
• Press Button #3 to increase RPMs.
NOTE: The engine RPMs is shown in the center of the
navigation banner.
