Daily LubricationDaily Lubrication
Spray both screed extension slides with
copper-based anti-seize agent ONLY.
DO NOT spray release or chain lube
agent onto the screed extension
slides.
The auger centralized grease point combines four (4)
auger grease points into one lubrication point,
located on back of the auger cover (beneath the
operator platform). When you pump grease into the
central point, valves distribute the grease evenly to
the auger bearings and other moving parts.
Use Shell Avania EP Grease 2 or equivalent.

Spray these components with release daily:
• Conveyor chains (one on each side of each conveyor).
• Any part of the paver that comes into contact with
asphalt.
NOTE: Keep the chrome rods
clean, but DO NOT lubricate.
