Roll-Up Curb AttachmentsRoll-Up Curb Attachments
Roll-up curb attachments are also available options
for one or both sides of the paver. Roll-up curb attach-
ments are available in length of 12 or 24 inches.
Screed Extension VibrationScreed Extension Vibration
Screed vibration helps compact material. If equipped
with this option, use the Vibrators switch on the main
control panel to turn vibration on and off. (Pages 3-6 to
3-7).
Power Crown OptionPower Crown Option
The Power Crown option automatically adjusts the posi-
tive or negative crown as needed. The power crown
switch is located on the heat control box. (Figure 4-88)
To use the power crown feature:
• Push switch UP for increased positive crown.
• Push switch DOWN for decreased negaive crown
(valley).

Automatic Temperature ControlAutomatic Temperature Control
Automatic temperature control (ATC) for heating the
screed is an option that offers additional convenience
for operators, automatically turning the heating elements
on and off to maintain desired screed temperature.
The ATC is located on the side of the heat control box.
(Figure 4-89)
To operate:
1. Turn the screed electric heat box Power switch
DOWN to the automatic setting to turn ON the
automatic temperature control.
2. Green numbers illuminate to display the set point
temperature. The screed temperature appears in
red numbers above the set point temperature.
3. To change the temperature:
• Press the Select button and DOWN arrow to
decrease the set point temperature.
• Press the Select button and UP arrow to
increase the set point temperature.
