NOTE: For the physical configuration, the device consists of three independent controls and on the
back of the device there are three separate A and PL positions, which relate to the keys on the front
of the control. From left to right, the three buttons correspond to control 1 (A1, PL1), control 2 (A2,
PL2), and control 3 (A3, PL3). See table at end of sheet.
