Check the coupler to make sure that it is not stuck in the retracted
position. While slowly closing the door, observe the coupler to see
if it moves inward.
Note: With the imaging unit removed, the coupler should retract
with the door open and move inward when the front door is
closed.
Is the coupler stuck, and not moving inward, while closing the front
door?
