12.5 Checking the Loadcell Offset and Overloads
1 Press the key under LOADCELL to display the "Calibrate Loadcell" screen.

3 Press the key under LAST OVERLOAD to display the "Loadcell Overloads" screen.

4 If the loadcell has not been overloaded, the screen will display NONE.
5 If the loadcell has been overloaded, an entry is made in the "Loadcell Overloads" history
each time the load value exceeds 120% of the loadcell capacity, e.g. 1200N for a 1000N
loadcell.
6 The date and time (in UTC) of the last overload is also displayed together with the current
date and time.

7 If an overload has occurred, the loadcell should be visually checked to ensure that the eye
ends are still aligned. This is because a severe overload will bend the loadcell and make it
unusable. Note that if the loadcell is physically damaged, it must be replaced because a
loadcell is NOT repairable
8 Press the ENTER key to exit this screen.
9 Remove any grips from the loadcell.
