Motor Drive PCB Supplies
Measure the power supplies on the resistor R4 and capacitor C26 - Use chassis as ground.
DC VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT POINT
+12V Reference End of R4 nearest to IDC connector P3
+12V Logic End of C26 nearest to R4
Motor Supply Volts
45V DC (LS1 variants)
65V DC (LS2K5E and LS5S)
End of R4 away from IDC connector P3
6.3 Machine Type EEPROM
The Motor Drive PCB is fitted with an EEPROM (IC1) that is programmed with the machine type
and its serial number. If the PCB is replaced during servicing, the new PCB MUST be
programmed with the relevant data as shown in the Diagnostic Mode section.
