LS SERIES SERVICE MANUAL
ISSUE 4.0 NEXYGEN PLUS 3 DIAGNOSTICS 5
3 If the loadcell has not been overloaded, the screen will display 0.
4 If the loadcell has been overloaded, an entry is made in the "Loadcell Overloads" history
each time the load value exceeds 120% of the loadcell capacity.
5 The date and time (in UTC) of the last overload is also displayed together with the current
date and time.
6 If an overload has occurred, the loadcell should be visually checked to ensure that the eye
ends are still aligned. This is because a severe overload will bend the loadcell and make it
unusable. Note that if the loadcell is physically damaged, it must be replaced because a
loadcell is NOT repairable.
7 Remove any grips from the loadcell.
8 Click on the CALIBRATION button to display the "Loadcell Calibration Wizard" screen.
9 Select the CHECK LOADCELL FOR PERMANENT OFFSET option.
10 Click on the NEXT button to view the loadcell offset.
