4.1.4 Alignment tape at register table
Loosen screw 5 and 6 release tension of
tape. For threading/rethreading unhinge
the lattice-type alignment table at pos. 3.
Loosen screw 2, push back the rod 1 in
direction of drive side, remove tape from
the rollers and rethread at pos. 4. Install
new tape in the opposite sequence and
tension it through
screw 6.
Adjustment for centre running of tape
occurs through screw 8.
For this purpose loosen the screw 9
(screw 8 and 9 are located at the internal
side) and fasten it again after completion.
Thereafter, check again and, if
necessary, make necessary corrections.
4.1.3 Feeder chain
Test the feeder chain occasionally for its
tension and re-strain if necessary.
Strain the drive chain (2) with the chain
tensioner (1).
