3 SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Port for connection to network or external computer.

Three USB ports for connection of accessories like CD-
ROMs, printers, memory sticks, keyboard, mouse etc.

Network/External computer
The instrument can be connected to a network or
direct to an external computer.
For connection to a network an Ethernet cable can be
used and for connection to an external computer a
cross over Ethernet cable.

Software for printers and back-up media can be
installed without acceptance from Megger. Please see
the Microsoft Windows XP HCL (Hardware Compat-
ible List) for printers and back-up media that are

Backup media
As backup media you can use USB memory stick, PC
flash card, CD recorder or similar. USB memory stick
are used for software updates

1] Insert the USB memory.

2] Press the “Stop Hardware Device” button.
