5. Observe the oil level in the reservoir.

The oil level should be within the "MIN" and "MAX" lines on the reservoir.

6. Unscrew and remove the fill cap assembly from the reservoir.
NOTE: The fill cap and cap vent are an assembled as a unit and should not be separated. Do not
remove or discard the cap vent.

IMPORTANT: Use only the specified lubricant.
7. Add lubricant to bring the oil level to within the "MIN" and "MAX" lines on the reservoir.

8. Install the fill cap assembly.
9. Check all trim line connection points for leaks. If fluid is visible at fittings, inspect the trim line
connection fittings.
