Setting function
The setting feature is used to set to adapt the function to the specifications of host computer and
specify operations of the plotter. The settings are stored in memory even when the power is turned
off.
Item to be set Explanation of function
INTERFACE Establishes communication conditions in accordance with the host computer in the
case where RS-232C interface is used.
CUT MODE Specifies cutting quality.
ORIGIN SELECT Establishes an origin in accordance with the command specification of application
software used.
ROTATION Specifies the location of origin and direction of coordinate axis.
DIVISION CUT Cuts data that exceeds the sheet width with divided appropriately.
HALF CUT Cuts data in broken lines.
POUNCING Cuts data using the pouncing function that is optionally available.
DISTANCE Specifies the maximum response value of the command to read out an effective area
sent from the host computer.
REMOTE DISPLAY Specifies the method to display under the remote mode.
SHEET SENSOR Turns off the sheet sensor function.
UP SPEED Specifies a traveling speed to be employed when the tool is raised.
JOG STEP Specifies an amount of travel corresponding to a press on a jog key (arrow key).
MARK DETECT Cuts the contour of a picture pattern printed.
MM/INCH Changes over the unit of length to be displayed.
DUMMY CUT Specifies the dump cutting operation.
SHEET SETTING Specifies the type of sheet to be used.
SORTING Specifies the function sorting cut data.
SETUP RESET Initializes the current setting.
