Set PWB Type as follows:
• Single: PWB is configured in a single board without block.
• Matrix: Blocks of PWB are configured in a matrix.
• Non-Matrix: Columns, rows and rotation of blocks are irregular.
Set block count for Matrix or Non-matrix type.
In case of Matrix type, set Columns and Rows to define the umber of blocks of PWB. In case of Non-
Matrix type, set No. of Blocks (Total block count).
Each item of Run Options is described below:
* PWB Fixing
• Pushup Clamp: Not used at present
• Edge Clamp: PWB edge clamping
* Minimum Z-Stroke: Sets a Z stroke to place part on PWB after pickup (5 ~ 12mm)
• Chip type: Height 5mm; other parts: Adjustable according to the height of parts
