Chapter 5 Solutions for Errors 5-
3
The axis failed to
move to the set
position (Front
Y1axis)
Try again. If the error occurs
repeatedly, contact the C/S engineer
to adjust the gain.
The defined position
exceeds the hardware
limit. (Front X-axis)
Lower the coordinate value at the
desired point and retry.
The axis cannot move
due to an unidentified
reason. (Front X-
axis)
The axis cannot move
due to + hardware
limit. (Front Xaxis)
The axis cannot move
due to - hardware limit.
(Front Xaxis)
The servo motor
power is off due to
Error Limit. (Front
Xaxis)
1. Try again and, if the motor
does not move, check DMC (A),
axis1 Amp, Motor Connector and
axis1 Amp input voltage.
2. Try again and, if the motor
moves, check the Amp input voltage.
The servo motor
power is off due to
overload. (Front Xaxis)
1. Try again and, if the motor
does not move, check DMC (A),
axis1 Amp, Motor Connector and
axis1 Amp input voltage.
2. Try again and, if the motor
moves or the same error occurs
repeatedly, contact the C/S engineer
to adjust the gain.
The servo motor
power is off due to
Amp failure. (Front
Xaxis)
Check the Amp input voltage and
connector. Retry after Amp reset
and, if the same error occurs
repeatedly, replace the Amp or
contact the C/S engineer.
The servo motor
power is off due to
Amp power off. (Front
X-axis)
Check the Amp input voltage and
connector. Retry after resetting Amp
and if the same error occurs
repeatedly, replace the Amp or
contact the C/S engineer.
