The servo motor
power is off due to
linear encoder error.

Manually move the linear motor after
servo off and check the Linear Scale
Read Head.
If the encoder is constantly
recognized, the alarm line of the
encode cable is damaged.
See the circuit drawing for details of
pin layout. If the encoder is not
detected, contact the C/S engineer to
adjust the gap of the linear scale
read head. This setting should be
carefully done by the C/S engineer.
The servo motor

Close the door or restore the
emergency key and retry after Servo
