Read the feeder mounting
status on the intelligent
feeder menu. It is
recommended to install a
camera to check the
feeding position.

Error code and trouble shooting
The feeder supports the self diagnosis function.
Following messages or error codes may be displayed.
Failed to find home for
over 2 seconds
If the slot number is not displayed even if you press the reset
button
1) Remove foreign substance from the power plug
2) Check deformation of power terminal
3) Check contact of interface board 4) Check the board
status (Red LED)
5) Contact CS if the problem continues.
Feeding error due to
internal friction or
overload
Clear the cause of overload and press the reset button.
Overload check point
1) If there is any catch in the reel discharge?
2) If there is any catch in the reel supply?
3) Any overload in manual feeding action? Is there a
mechanical interrupt?
4) Any damage or deformation of feeding spring?
5) If no problem is found in the above check points,
remount the feeder, move the camera to the picking
position and check the feeding action.
6) If no trouble is found, resume production after
reteaching. If a trouble occurs again, contact CS.
Communication error.
Failed to exchange
signal with the mounter.
1) Remove foreign substance from the power plug
2) Replace the deformed power terminal
3) Replace the cable / resupply power to the feeder
(Off/On)
Replace the feeder main board.
Display board or main board error (Contact CS)
If feeding is performed normally, replace the display board
only.
Needs material.
(Remainder of material =
designated value)
Mount the new feeder with material, and reset the refill count
on the mounter window.
