millimeter separated from each system in the front
and rear processes of the PWB conveyer (an
optimum separation is 2.5mm)
4. Adjust the foot bolts to keep the system horizontally.
Pay attention to the following:
1) Let PWB move smoothly on the conveyer. Adjust the PWB rack to 952.5

※ If it is impossible to
adjust the height on
account of floor condition
(slope), check the
appropriate heights of
adjacent systems and
adjust to the nearest
height.
(37.5 inches) from the floor (reference).
Adjust balancing of the equipment in every direction.
2) Adjust the balance of the equipment to 0.02 mm/m
using a level meter.
5. Tighten the foot bolt locking nuts and the three locking bolts on the foot
plate.
6. Check and readjust the position of the system, if necessary.
7. Connect wire, mechanical assembly and compressed air according to
the specifications.
※ Make sure not to exert excessive force on weak parts of the
system while moving the machine. The cover, etc. might be
destroyed when moving the system with a lever like a wooden
stick. Whenever possible, install the equipment after removing it.
