The air switch and air filter of Mx-Series locate at bottom of leftward
on rear side of the system.
Air Connection
1. Turn off all switches before connect air supplying line.
2. Adjust the regulator till the needle of the main pressure meter
indicates 0.54 MPa.
3. Gradually activates the air switch to supply compressed air.
Do not supply large amount of compressed air at once.
SMEMA Connection
Mx-Series SMD placement system is connected to the post-process equipment
(e.g.
dispenser, screen printer, reflow oven, tester).
In addition, other models of Mx-series may be connected (e.g.: Mx-
310S, 310T, 310QP,
1010αc, 1020QPαc, etc.).
In these cases, the SMEMA protocol is used for I/O interface to transfer
boards (SMD placement systems from other makers can be connected
