Trolley
• Structure
<Figure 4-6> shows the structure of Mirae trolley.
• Features
1. The job change over time is greatly reduced.
2. Self clamping
-The trolley is designed to clamp the feeder base unit by using part of the self
thrust of the trolley as the clamping force.
3. Simple operability
-Docking can be completed by simple operation of the Up/Down switch.
4. High productivity
-High productivity can be achieved by greatly reducing the job change time to
meet multi-item small quantity production. For instance, the job change time is
reduced from 15 hours to 5 minutes for 5 [Max] job changes a day. ※This is just
a reference and depends on board types.
5. Safety interlock
-The Up/Down sensor monitors and checks safe docking.
While the machine is running, the trolley does not work and a warning message is
loaded on the monitor to ensure safety of heads and nozzles.

Feeder
Mx-Series SMD Placement System can apply all feeders typically used for an SMD placement
system such as tape feeder, tube (stick) feeder, etc.
