PARKINGTHEUNIT
Engine-Park
Whenparkingthemachine,someprecautionsareneces-
sary.
Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground,awayfrom
anysoftground,excavationsorpoorlyshoredcavity.
Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposition.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Completelyraisethestabilizers.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Releasethehydraulicpressurebyoperatingthecontrol
leversinalldirections.
Onpilotcontrolledmachines,turnthekeytoONandre-
leasethepressurebymovingthehydrauliccontrollevers
inalldirections.
Iftheunitisonaslope,placeblocksunderthewheelsin
ordertopreventthemachinefrommoving.
Disconnecttheelectricalsystembydisconnectingthebat-
terymasterswitch.
Checkthatnopartofthemachineisprotrudingontothe
publichighway.Ifthiscannotbeavoided,installsignsin
compliancewiththerelevantregulations.
