7-MAINTENANCE
Radiatorandcondenser-cleaning
Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysupport
strut.
Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposition.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Removethefrontgrille.
Unscrewandremovethexingnutsfromthecondenser
(1).

Lowerthecondenser(1).
Ifnecessary,tiltthedryertotheside(2).
Disjointhetwopipescompletewiththerubbersleevesfrom
thetopoftheaftercoolerradiator(3).
Plugholesandpipesoftheaftercoolersystem.
Unscrewthexingscrewandremovetheaftercoolerradi-
ator(3).
Cleanthecondenser(1),theaftercoolerradiator(3),the
radiator(4)andtheradiatorbehindtheaftercoolerusing:
compressedairwithapressurelowerthan7
bar(102psi)toremovedrydust;
waterjettoremovemud;
adetergent-basedsolution,preferablyapplied
withalow-pressurecleaner,toremoveoily
dust.
NOTICE:beforeusingcompressedair,takethenecessary
precautionstoprotectyourface.

Makesurealldirtanddebrishavebeenremovedfrombe-
tweenthecondenserandthecooler.Thisactionmaintains
efcientheattransferforthecondenser.
Reassemblytheaftercooler(3)andrelatedpipings,restore
thedryer(2)inplaceandreassemblethecondenser(1)
togetherwiththeradiator(4).
Reassemblethefrontgrid.
Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloaderat-
tachment.
COOLINGSYSTEMLINES-CHECK
Makesurethemachineisinsafeconditions.
Releaseanypossibleresidualpressurebymovingthecon-
trolleversinalldirections.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Checkforpossibleleaksfromthecoolingsystemlines.
Checkthetighteningofthecollars,ttings,hosesandpipes
ofthecoolingsystem.
