Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground
Lowertheloaderattachmenttotheground.
Retractthetelescopicdipperandplaceitonasupportso
thatthebucketdoesnotrestontheground.
Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
Immobilizethemachinebymeansoftheparkingbrake.
Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
Thetelescopicdipperisprovidedwithadjustablewear
pads(4)andadjustedbyremovingshims(1)fromunder
thescrews(2),locatedonbothsidesofthedipper.
Removeashimfromeachscrewononesideofthedipper.
NOTICE:eachtimeanewadjustmentismade,carryitout
ontheothersideofthedipper.Ifyouareinanydoubt
concerningadjustments,consultyourDealer.
Installandtightenthescrewstoatorquebetween350-
400N·m(258-295lbft).Checktheplayagain.
Theplayatpoint(3)shouldnotexceed1.5mm(0.06in).
Whenalladjustingshimshavebeenremovedthewear
pads(4)willrequirechanging.ConsultyourDealer.
