Placeacontainerundertheradiator.
Installadrainpipeabout1m(3.2ft)onthedraincock(3)
andputtheotherendofthepipeintothecontainer.
Opentheradiatordraincock(3)andallowthecoolantto
owout.
Afterthesystemiscompletelydrained,closethedraincock
(3).
Rinsethesystemwithfreshwater,drainagainandthenll
thesystem.
NOTE:ifyouuseadetergentsolutionforrinsing,follow
theinstructionsforpreparingthesolution.Afterdraining
thedetergentsolution,rinseagainwithfreshwater.
Checktheconditionofthehoses,connectionsandthewa-
terpump.
Makesurethattheexternalsurfacesoftheengineandthe
radiatorareclean.

FILLING
Fillthecoolantreservoir(2)withcoolantsolution.
NOTE:coolingsystemcapacity24l(6.30USgal).
NOTE:inordertoreducedepositsandcorrosion,coolant
inthecoolingsystemshouldnotexceedthefollowinglimits:
totalhardness=300partspermillion.
chloride=100partspermillion.
sulphates=100partspermillion.
Fillthecoolingsystemwithcoolantslowlytopreventthe
formationofairbubbles.
Retightenthecap(2)onthereservoir(1).
Runtheengineforafewminutesandthencheckthelevel
inthecoolantreservoiragain.
Topupifnecessary,thenreinstallthecap.
Lowerandlocktheenginetilthood.
Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloaderat-
tachment.
