Operating the Melter

Introduction
Once the melter is installed and configured, you are now ready to use it. The
following sections detail the following:
S Starting the melter
S Filling the Reservoir
S Operating zones
S Operating pumps
S Operating the master controls
Starting the Melter
Turn the main power switch to the On position.
The Main Display appears. Initially the Monitor Display indicates an overall
status of Yellow as the zones are in the process of heating to their setpoint
temperatures.
The Monitor Display indicates Green or Ready/OK
S When all enabled zones reach their setpoint temperatures.
S The Ready Delay option is disabled or when the userdefined Ready
Delay time has elapsed.
NOTE: Touch anywhere in the Monitor Display to access the Operator
Display, where you can view the state and status of each enabled zone and
pump in realtime.
