Manage Pump Settings
The following table details each temperature settings.
Button Use this to…. Default Range
Pump Speed Manually finetune the pump RPM in either
Manual or GeartoLine mode.
(Recommended)
Min: 18 RPM
Max: 80 RPM
Min: 0 (factory)
Max: 94 RPM
(Factory)
Operation Mode Decide which pump operation mode,
GeartoLine or Manual you want to use.
S Use GeartoLine to deliver adhesive
output at a rate proportional to the speed of
the production line.
NOTE: A linespeed input must be provided if
you want to use the geartoline capability.
S Use manual to:
S Clean or purge the pump.
S Deliver adhesive output at a continuous
rate.

Auto Pump Make better use of your time by allowing you to
touch the Master Pump Control button while
the melter status indicates Heating (yellow)
and walk away to perform other tasks.
When the melter status indicates Ready
(green) the pumps automatically start.
NOTE: The Master Pump Control button
changes color to light blue if the Auto Pump
On option is enabled and…
S You touch the Master Pump button
while melter is in the process of heating
the zones to their setpoint
temperatures.
S You take the melter out of Standby
Mode, and you touch the Master
Pump button.
