• Press the STAGE button, the LED display will show sear
1, Set sear 1 time, and time.
• Press the STAGE button again, the LED display will
show stage 1, det stage 1 time, and time.
• Press the STAGE button a third time, the LED display
will show stage 2, Set sear 2 time, and time.
• Press the STAGE button a forth time, the LED display
will show warm, set warm time, and time.
• And for this example, press the STAGE button fth time,
the LED display will show the rst function in this cooking
cycle which was sear 1, set sear 1 time, and time.
• Adjustments to temperature and time can be made for
each function as you view them.
2. During cooking
• Press the STAGE button to review each phase of cooking.
• Continue to press the STAGE button to scroll through
all programmed functions for that program number.

• If a cooking function has already occurred in the
cooking process, that function is no longer available
for adjustments in cooking temperature or time.
Editing a Program
You can edit the programs you create before or during
the cooking process and save any changes.
1. Edit Before Cooking
• Press the PROGRAM button and nd the program
number to edit using the [↑] and [↓] buttons.
• Once the program number shows in the LED display,
press the STAGE button until the function you would
like to edit shows in the LED display.
• Using the [↑] and [↓] buttons, make the edits to
temperature and time as desired.
• Once all edits are made, press the PROGRAM button.
The LED display will show prog and 101.
• Use the [↑] and [↓] buttons to nd the program number
to save your edits to.
